Conducting activities that disrupt the Services, including excessive bandwidth consumption or activities that degrade network performance.
Operating scripts, bots, or processes that overload servers or infrastructure.

Collecting, storing, or sharing personal data without explicit consent, in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws.

All users must adhere to the following legal frameworks:

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding data handling, privacy, and consent.
California
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments, ensuring user rights related to data access, deletion, and sharing.
Virginia
Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), governing data privacy and protection.
3. Penalties for Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in the following actions:
Fines starting at $1,000 per incident, plus costs incurred (e.g., investigative or legal fees).
Temporary or permanent suspension of services.
Termination of services without prior notice for severe violations.
Reporting of illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
